Prior to committing to construction, an investor wanted to understand market supply and demand for a large seniors' housing complex in an Alberta community. They also wanted marketing strategy recommendations.
We completed an exhaustive inventory of all current and planned housing supply in the community. A competitive analysis examined all marketing aspects (demand, pricing, branding, features) of all other housing. An in-depth demographic analysis allowed us to forecast housing demand for the next 30 years and find gaps in the market place for housing. This analysis allowed us to not only confirm the quantity and type of housing that will be in demand, we were able to give complete marketing strategy recommendations.
