Bruce Schollie MBA, CMC
Qualifications:
MBA (Marketing) and a Certified Management Consultant (CMC) with experience in research and all aspects of marketing management decision-making.

Experience:
Over ten years experience including consulting assignments in education, tourism and economic development, software development, financial services, municipal government, and lotteries and gaming. Experience as a senior marketing manager for a $65 million product line.

Attitude:
Driven to ensure clients' needs are met and results are achieved.

Bruce is a member of the Canadian Association of Management Consultants (CAMC) and the Marketing Research and Intelligence Association. Bruce is a director for the Red Deer Chamber of Commerce and an active member with Scouts Canada.


Elan Buan, B.Comm.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Commerce degree with specialization in marketing. Has taken research courses through the Professional Marketing Research Society of Canada (PMRS).

Experience:
Ten years research and project management experience with Schollie Research and Consulting. Has worked on various marketing plans and analyses in both the private and non-profit sectors. Experience as a customer service supervisor for a major Canadian transportation company.

Attitude:
Enthusiastic and upbeat multi-tasker with a creative flair for finding solutions.

Elan manages and coordinates all project activity and looks after data analysis and reporting. Elan also uses her management talents as an active volunteer in her community.


Suzanne Schollie, B.A., B.Ed.
Qualifications:
Suzanne is a certified Alberta teacher with a specialist B.A. in psychology.

Experience:
Experience in education research, student testing and assessment, as well as six years as a junior high school teacher.

Attitude:
Perfectionist with a sense of humor and a "can do" approach.
