Straight A’s – Performance Measurement in education

Situation:
School jurisdictions use research with key education stakeholders to provide valuable input for the strategic education planning process. Research also supplies key “performance measures” to assess the progress being made in achieving the goals in the strategic education plan.

Our approach:
We work with each school jurisdiction to fully understand their local planning needs and strategic plan. Next we put together a research plan to meet their information objectives. The research usually involves large-scale surveys using a combination of telephone interviewing, Internet surveying, and self-administered surveys of education stakeholders (students, parents, staff) regarding their satisfaction with the delivery of education in their jurisdiction. Our insightful reports allow the reader to get a quick picture of the results or to examine data at a more detailed level.
